My spot when I'm in Destin. Order anything on the menu and you will love it. Pizza's are incredible. Service is even better than the food. Had my wedding reception there. The prices are the best around. No gouging there. Wayne needs to do a little work on the front patio. :( ******** must stop bye *******

My friends and I decided order take-out here since we were living in the condos that were connected to this building. We ordered over the phone(three separate orders for 6 ppl) and were told it would be a 40 minute wait, so we waited about 35 minutes and then headed over to pick up our food. When we got there, the hostess charged all of our cards and informed us that it would be another 10 minutes, so we sat in the front and waited. We weren't in a hurry or anything so we just talked and chilled in the front for about 30-35 min, before we decided to check and see if our food was done yet. When I went up to ask the hostess a second time, she told me "it'll be here soon" without even looking up from what she was doing. My friends and I figured that they had forgotten about our order and probably just starting cooking our food when we went in to pay for it, so we decided to give them about 10 more minutes(since they had originally told us 40 min over the phone). After almost 1 1/2 hrs of waiting and asking about our food THREE more times(the workers and manager seemed like they could care less), we finally got our food. The cherry to top of our less than wonderful experience? The food wasn't even that great...my fish was way overcooked and everyone else agreed that the food was definitely not worth the wait. I understand that they probably don't worry too much about customers returning, since majority of their customers are tourists visiting from other states, but at least PRETEND to care when you have customers who waited over 2 hrs for food that they already paid for.

Went here on a Friday because every place was way too crowded. If you find yourself in a similar desperate situation, go to McDonald's instead. It's hard to overstate how bad the service was. You probably would get your food faster if you went into the ocean, caught a fish, went home, and cooked it yourself. Here's a list of things you could better spend $25 dollars on than eating here: 1. Light it on fire 2. Make it into a paper airplane and throw it off your balcony 3. Just eat the money instead Worst. Place. Ever.

A real hidden gem. It is located inside the Ariel Dunes 1. The food and service were excellent. They also have live music, which was fantastic. Had a real good time!

I know they are more of a pizza joint but I just wasn't in the mood, so I got chicken parmasian, started with a salad that had lots of veggies on it, all fresh I really enjoyed it. Sweet tea was awesome. Chicken was not as flavorful as I would have liked but the pasta sauce made up for it. Service was very good. We ate early so the place is pretty much empty. The rest of our party... shrimp poboy, very good. Turkey club, good. Mahi Mahi very good. Chicken marsala was good also. All in all a very enjoyable meal.

Ok. So I came in with some friends after dinner and this place came recommended. The live music was really great but I felt as though it was the "tinder" crowd of an older generation. A group of people were present and honestly I couldn't tell if we were watching a swingers group in action or whether they were just day drinking followed by night drinking. A great time was had catching up with friends. The atmosphere was cool. This seemed like the place for locals and I will definitely be back. The two person band was the highlight.

Shared the cabana salad with shrimp with my hubby and ordered the grouper meal as well. It was just ok this time. It was overly priced and I wasn't as impressed with the toppings on the salad. I wanted to pick up from here out of sheer convenience to our condo, but I'm not in a rush to go back.

Worst dining experience ever. We were the very first party of 7 for the dinner service. waited 2 hours and still no food. We were the second party to get up and leave. manager was an absolute joke. you have been warned.

Service was awful. During the whole meal, we were checked on maybe twice. Food took over twenty minutes without an apology or explanation. When the waitress finally came around, she checked on everyone as if she was playing duck duck goose, "Be with you in a minute, be with you in a minute, be with you in a minute." In addition to the bad service, the food was nothing to look forward to eating again, especially for the prices.

Need a place too hang out and have drinks?! No matter your type off crowd! If you're visiting this beach this is the place to be!!! I appreciate the great service from the bar tender who was tending to well over who was just at the bar and checked on is often! Nice accepting environment where everyone's motive is just to have a good time

We really enjoyed the Mahi Mahi and veggies. The blueberry cobbler looked delicious. ..if I weren't doing a show, I'd have some!

Best Hawaiian Pizza I've ever ate!! All around great food. I've eaten her several times when we come to Destin, never a bad service or food.

What's amazing about this is where it is hidden! It is in the same "condo campus" of Majestic Sun, SeaSurf and Ariel dunes. In fact this is at the ground floor of Ariel Dunes. The atmosphere here is very local; even though all tourists from the condos make it here on their first night to try out. Nice live music! Definitely the highlight for the experience. "Cabana Boy" a must for mixed drinks lovers. We loved the fried shrimp appetizer with Blazing Asian sauce. Good nothing special or eclectic but overall good, a little too bland for my taste. Most tables are a tad too dark in lighting. One side has a pool view. Overall, a good place for a decent meal with good drinks and lovely live music!

By far one of the best experiences to be had in the area. I hesitate to write this review because I want to keep this gem to myself, but the staff and the food here are too damn good not to share! Take a minute get off the touristy beaten path and go see Corbin and the crew. If you want some sweet music to go with your meal then be sure to stop by Thursday through Sunday for a very amazing duo that will keep you partying into the night! I absolutely despise the "redneck riviera" however the people here have me questioning why. Oh wait it's the damn tourists! We will be back, again and again!

Horrible service. Several orders were wrong or forgotten in our party. There were only 2 other tables when we arrived and we hardly saw the waitress. Our entire party got their meal and finished before we got our pizza. When we asked the manager, he said he would check and he never came back! This is by far the worst service we have ever experienced.

Try their BBQ pork sandwich. I know when your at the beach you're supposed to eat seafood, but after several days of shrimp and fish I recommend this for a change. I also recommend a late dinner, the awesome music begins at 8 pm.

We come here every year when we visit the beaches of Florida. I can't believe no one has mentioned the pizzas on here they are soooo good. If your in this area check th out if pizza isn't your thing my second favorite is the fish taco wrap so good.

One of the best hidden spots in the area. Food is great (try the fish tacos) and the staff is the best. You have to try this place.

We could not be more pleased with this place. The service was amazing and the food was spectacular! Leah was our waitress and we loved her! She had a great southern accent and let's just say if the world was full of Leah's we would have very little to complain about. Love her!!!! The food was out of this world. We order nachos everywhere we go and we decided these were our favorite. The entrees were amazing with homemade everything. Amazing food! My kids cannot wait to go back next year. We got a brownie and a piece of cake on the way out and they both exceeded our expectations. Have nothing but great things about this place!

Cabana Cafe is a decent little spot on the ground floor of a high-rise condo complex. It has a pretty comfortable atmosphere, with a nice, deep mid-sized bar, a few flat screen TVs and a covered patio next to the pool. They have the greatest hits of beer, wine and a full bar and the beer is always cold. The bartenders are cool guys; very laid back and attentive. For a cafe, the food seems to always be just okay. Not bad, but nothing special. I'm pretty easy to please, though, and when I'm drinking I'll eat damned near anything to stop the room from spinning. Overall though, this is an okay place. The background music is bi-polar, ranging from awesome (Chris Isaac) to damnable (Jimmy Buffet), and you'll occasionally have to watch grown-ass people make out like they're in 8th grade sitting in the back row of a movie theater, but I've never had a problem here, and they're open late.

We would not have tried this place if it were not for Yelp, but we are so glad we did. We went twice while we were on vacation and everything was fantastic both times. I had the grilled mahi-mahi sandwich on homemade bread with a house salad that was fantastic. We also had the fried fish taco wrap that was really good. The Asian glazed shrimp appetizer was delicious and a huge portion.

Had the fried Mahi tacos with a salad and fried green tomatoes. All food was fantastic. Service was awful though. They were very apologetic and kind so I think it was just a bad night.

We had dined in and picked up take out on various occasions. The last time we ordered pizza on November 26th; I don't know the holidays had something to do with it..but our pizza was terrible. We got the Greek as usual and a custom pizza. Both were loaded with layers and layers of cheese...more than the norm. The sauce was bland and appeared watered down "orange color". We were really disappointed because this was our go-to place for their pizza. I hope it was just a fluke.

Outstanding! If you are looking for a great casual place to eat, this is it. Very good prices for very good food! Almost everything is made in house. The sweet potato fries are some of the best I've had and I have had a lot of sweet potato fries. Service was great. Leslie was the best waitress we had in the area and she went above and beyond to ensure we were happy customers.

You must order the Blazin Asian Shrimp, sweet potato fries & Key Lime Martini! All are very very delicious. Service was friendly. Kinda reminds you of a "Cheers"like bar! Great bar & they are open til 2am +++! Love Love Love this place. I will definitely make this my go to place while in Destin!

A great place to go that seems to be more of a regular place for the locals even though it's attached to a hotel. Perhaps it's because it is just slightly off the beat and path and maybe because we are a just a little bit off season. Anyway, it was a late night after driving into town so we only had sandwiches. The sandwiches were very good. A couple of us had the mahi mahi sandwiches and they were excellent and would definitely be an encouragement to try a seafood dinner there one evening. The waitress was very friendly, prompt, and attentive. The place was clean.

Place was crazy hard to find with GPS, but eventually we found it. After reading all the good reviews on here, we were very excited to try it out. Apparently we tried on a "bad night". The beef ravioli app was amazing, but everything after that was disappointing. Our server was "in the weeds" for whatever reason, and it seemed as if she "sacrificed" us to keep up with some of her larger tables. Our main dishes took forever, and she could only spend a second or two at our table when she did come by. The kitchen was out of several items we requested due to a big party that came in before us supposedly. The place did have a good local feel to it, with a bar full of regulars. I'm not big on live music while I'm trying to have a dinner date, but whatever. It just seems like a beach restaurant would be better prepared for a vacation dinner rush. Our server was nice and apologetic, and our ticket was discounted even though we didn't complain about anything. I would definitely give this place another shot, maybe on a Monday or Tuesday though.

Restaurant located in the lobby of a multilevel condo complex, plenty of parking during lunchtime, plenty of tables too, got seated right away. No crowds at lunchtime on a weekend, not a good sign. Service was slow, drinks took close to 10 mins to arrive, and the place was 95% empty, only 2 tables had customers and I was one of them. Waitress looked like she forgot since i saw her do a double-take when she saw our table after some time. Food took 20 mins to arrive after putting in order and all we ordered was a sandwich, salad & pasta dish. Food quality was average. Had Cuban sandwich, good thin crust loaded with meat, hand-made chips were very crispy. Shrimp scampi with linguini was typical, as was salad. Overall nothing really extraordinary. No complaints (or kudos) about food, but with long wait times, this place stood out for the wrong reasons.

We all had the quesadilia bar. Great value at $9.00. Big portion and you can have two additional add-ons like mushrooms, olives, tomatoes, peppers etc,

They have breakfast buffet on Saturdays and Sundays but I didn't eat here. I ordered coffee to go.Their coffee is made to order and the service is prompt. I liked the coffee here better than Bad Ass Coffee a few blocks down. They also have a small little ice cream section which serves marble slab ice cream with all the fixings. There is also a small wall of t-shirts, swim suits and toiletries if you don't to go all the way out of the condo. They open at 8 am and close at 2am.

Cabana Cafe rocks. I went there on two separate occasions on my recent trip. The first time was for some late night drinks. After seeing the food that was served that night I decided to go back for dinner. Their pizza's, sandwiches and salads were all amazing. The staff was beyond friendly. I am looking forward to going back.

We were on vacation and had a great experience here at the bar but we ordered pizza on Thursday June 14th, we ordered a meat pizza that came with a bunch of veggies on top of it! Not a big deal to most but there was an ingredient that one of our people was allergic to not deathly but rashy allergic! I calmly went back and asked to remake a small pizza so she could eat the pizza and be happy. Also not a big deal. When we went back to get the melt remade small pizza the manager in a blue shirt about 5'9 brown/black hair had a very rude comment to say to me, quote, " you do know marinara is vegeatable" It was rude and he essentially called me a liar, where she was nOt allergic to tomato but onions which were all over the pizza. So not only did they get our order wrong this one guy was a complete jerk and ruined our evening on vacation. This is unacceptable customer service as we had been completely cool about the whole situation. There also was a girl blonde at the front desk and she was very very nice and wonderful. I know nothing will be done but I thought someone should know about this incident! But the food was good at least and the morning bartender from Croatia is really cool an all the bartenders treated us great!

2 hour wait at local tourist spots? Try this place. Zero wait. Wii game for kids. Great service. Wings were really good. Main courses were just OK, but still a winner for us tonight.
